The Hodson Bay Hotel, Conference, Leisure Resort & Spa invites applications for the position of Commis Chef to strengthen our Kitchen team. The successful individual will be involved in the preparation and production of all food under the direction of the Head Chef. Applicants must have the desire and interest in learning and developing their Culinary skills and should possess strong self-motivational skills. Excellent presentation skills are required along with a positive 'can do' attitude. Previous Culinary/Cooking experience is desirable. The applicant must have a good understanding of Food Hygiene /HACCP. This is an ideal opportunity for students in the Hospitality sector to develop and progress in their experience in an established Hotel.Good level of written and spoken English is essential.
