The Hodson Bay Hotel is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Bar Supervisor. Reporting to the Bar Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day to day running of the hotel's busy bar operations, managing up to 4 bars. Duties will include maintaining excellent standards of service, stocktaking, staff rostering, staff training & development. Food and beverage service standards will be key to this role. The role requires experience delivering high-quality service together with extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beers and food. The ideal candidate will possess the following: - At least 2 years experience as a Bar Supervisor Excellent customer service & communication skills. - Be an excellent team leader. - Excellent attention to detail. - Excellent organisational & interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to work.
