Best practice merchandising, display and department layout skills. Maximising promotions. Margin management. Stock loss & waste management. Staff training & development. Hygiene/HACCP. Requirements for this Deli Manager Job. Previous Deli experience essential. Must have a knowledge of Hygiene regulations, HACCP qualification an advantage. To ensure store standards are the best at all times. A flair for food and the desire to excel in customer care is a must. Candidates must be flexible in their availability on working hours.
