Property / Construction Company looking for a Office Administrator. The successful candidate will ideally come from a property / construction background. They will need to be able to take on responsibilities outside of what's listed below according to the needs of the business. We are located in Boyle and we require a candidate with the following skill set. Skills required: • Must have good experience in accounts, inputting invoices/credit notes, bank reconciliations, Vat, RCT, Payee returns reports etc. • Experience in payroll. Thesaurus or similar. • Experience in Relevant Contract Tax (RCT. • Experience with PRTB and rental agreements. • Experience dealing with suppliers and customers. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Self-driven. • Well-organised  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, essential. Tasks/Responsibilities. Office administrative duties (accounts, revenue returns, banking, payroll, rent, prtb)   Day to day running of the office. Putting systems in place  Dealing with Invoices / RCT/ Rent  The ideal candidate would have very strong communication skills and would be able to balance a busy daily schedule.  We are looking for someone to work part time 4 to 5 days a week. 9.30 to 3.00. We do not require agency assistance at this time.
