On behalf of our client, a contract laboratory, we are recruiting for an Analytical Scientist. This is a full-time permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • Maintain proper records and analytical paperwork. • Responsible for integrity of data generated. • Sample Analysis according to GLP/GMP and Company SOP’S. • Research and development of analytical methods for analysis of drugs using GC, LC/MS-MS and HPLC. • Generation and reporting of results. • Operation and calibration of Instruments. • Validation of methods for extraction of drugs from various matrices using LLE, SPE and protein precipitation according to FDA Guidelines and Company SOP’s. • Analytical validation according to analytical protocols and Company Sop’s. • To ensure compliance with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Clinical Practice. Applications are invited from candidates with the following background and experience: HND, BSc, MSc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related discipline. Experience in modern analytical techniques. Knowledge of LC/MS, HPLC, GC or immunoassay their application in bioanalysis. Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in analytical chemistry. • Good technical knowledge. • GLP/GMP knowledge.
