Your new company. This company are a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical product and they are currently looking to hire an Administrator to join their pharmacovigilance team. Your new role. As Administrator you will be responsible for carrying out admin tasks within the pharmacovigilance team and working within the quality management systems. Your duties will include: Update and maintain databases. Administration of information leaflets. Filing, scanning and archiving. Minute taking of meetings. Generation of reports. Compiling month end metrics. Ensuring SOPs are up to date. What you need to succeed. To excel in this role you should have: BSc – scientific qualification will be an advantage. Attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong admin skills and computer literacy. Good communication skills and strong command of the English language. This is a Fixed term contract position.
